Ba Guan

Ba Guan or Cupping has been practiced for thousands of years in China. A cup is placed on the skin for a few minutes with localised pressure and vacuum as healing takes place when blood stasis is formed. This therapy has also been found to affect the body up to four inches into the tissue, causing tissues to release toxins, actvate the lymphatic system, clear colon blockages, helps activate the skin and clear stretch marks.

Gua Sha

An East Asian healing technique, that involves palpation and cutaneous stimulation where the skin is pressured in strokes by an instrument.
